Jyoti Das is a Hyderabad based Lawyer, practicing for over 13 years and the founder of A.J. Legal.
Along with continuing her Corporate Law practice she has been focusing on the increasing client demands of compliance laws at organisational level where employment and labour law related works are included. Since last 5 years Jyoti has earned a reputation as an External Member on Internal Committees (IC) of various IT and MNCs, including the Big Fours, Under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 ("POSH").

Qualification
Jyoti holds a Master in Law degree from Queen Mary, University of London - London, U.K.
B.A.,LL.B from the Osmania University, Hyderabad (2006),
Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from NLSUI (Bangalore) (2005) and
PGD in Alternate Dispute Resolution from ICADR-NALSAR (Hyderabad) (2007).
Apart from being a lawyer she is a voracious reader, and an art lover.
She's raised in a family of art connoisseurs and is pursuing her passion towards being one herself.
Achievements
In November 2020, Jyoti also received the Stri Shakti Award, awarded by the TCEI in the Women Lawyers category and more recently the Women's Leadership Award 2021 organised by the Hybiz TV. She was one of 3 nominees for the Pride of Telangana.

Jyoti has been in the founding team of Margadarshak Programme lead by the Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC), Cyberabad Police Commissionerate as their Legal Support which involved carrying forward various workshops on topics revolving around Women and Law, POSH and cybercrimes. She has also spoken at various events organized by them and managed cases directed from them.
Jyoti was also the Convener for Advocacy and Policy Making (2018-19) of the Indian Women network (IWN) which is the women's wing of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), where she drafted women relating policies for the State Government and helped spreading awareness of POSH. Jyoti is also in the National Governing Council of Young Indians (Yi) - the youth wing of CII and is also on the panel of drafting the Communique for the G20 -2023 (India).
